A workplace pension scheme is a way of saving for your retirement through contributions deducted direct from your wages. Your employer may also make contributions to your pension through the scheme. If you are eligible for automatic enrolment, your employer has to make contributions into the scheme.

The government introduced automatic enrolment in 2012 to help employees get the retirement they want. Since then, millions of employees, and their employers, have begun saving into a workplace pension. The next step is for the minimum amount paid towards your workplace pension – by us and by you – to increase. This will help towards building your pension pot for your future.

Our Pension Scheme

We have set up our scheme With NEST.

NEST is a workplace pension scheme created especially for auto enrolment. It’s been set up by the government but is run independently as a trust. That means there are no shareholders so everything we do is for the benefit of our members.

Enrollment in the Scheme

We need written permission to enrol you into these scheme. Enrollment is mandatory with some exceptions (very low earnings, under 22). In some cases you are allowed to opt out, for example you may already be paying into a qualifying scheme.

Our recommendation is to enrol.
