The latest data for the management summary section (this includes top entry pages, non search engine referrals, search
engine referrals and traffic by source) is automatically downloaded from GA to the SR portal. Customer report's last updated date is ammended to reflect this update
Action Required
- Imported management summary data needs to be checked carefully
- The visits and sessions chart needs to be checked carefully
- Keyword Search positions need to be updated and assessed
- All work completed during the previous month should be marked as complete and dated accordingly
The objective is to get all accounts updated with the previous month's data as early in the month as possible. if anything is amiss or requires attention it must be flagged up immediately using the CRM system. All flagged accounts must be jointly assessed by the SEO team within 24hours and appropriate, prompt action logged as a priority customer job.
Customer Development Programme
The development programme for each customer needs to be assessed, where jobs are pending these should be imported to
WIP, allocated to a developer and scheduled for action.
Following this a programme needs to be developed for each customer, ideally with a stock if around 3 months work.
This will mean that customers do no HAVE to be looked at each month, in some cases quarterly will be fine.
We could do with a development job count update triggered automatically at start of each month to highlight clients
below a cetain job count threshhold.
