Full Mailbox (Daily)

The procedure to handle full mailboxes

1) Check Email Database (dev:\1688\infoweb\db\ss_2000.mdb - t_emailAccounts) to see if we handle their email account
2) If we handle their email and they are on Daily, login to customer side of

3) Filter to client''s account and check to see if their mailbox is full.
4) If the mailbox is full, contact the client and find out if anything has changed in the way their email''s have been setup (i.e new computer, email server, changed email account settings)
5) Tell client they need to purge their spam and deleted emails. They can do this by logging into their webmail at

http://webmail.daily.co.uk

and clicking the purge option.
