Brief description of incident: Coming up the stairs with a tray of drinks, slipped and fell. Minor hand injury treated locally, no harm done but could have been worse. Risk assessment carried out, stairs have been treated with anti-slip coating which seems to have helped. Obviously we all need to take care on the stairs, the bricks have sharp edges and there is never any need to rush up and down them.
