Credit Card Payments

Customers occasionally call in to settle their account or make a payment using a credit card. Do not tell them to call back another time. If you don't know how to process the card payment online take their card details for a colleague to process later.

To process a card payment we need the following information:

• Card holders name and address
• Card type, i.e. Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard etc...
• Number
• Expiry Date
• CV2 Number (the 3 digit code on the back of the card)

Note:

• we do not accept Amex and we cannot take customer not present payments from Maestro cards (nobody can).
• do not email card details, it's not secure; write them down clearly and store the safely.
